Absolutely! There is a separate Secretary tab in your profile where you can add and remove a clinic secretary anytime. You can also easily monitor logs/activities from each clinic secretary account by selecting their profile in the same tab.
Yes! Simply click “Add New” button in the Appointment tab to schedule an appointment with a patient. An overview of all upcoming appointments can be seen on this tab too.
Each patient has designated QR code that you can scan for easy access of records. If QR is not available, simply type your patient’s name/last name on the Search Bar in the Patients tab to see individual records. Click on the result to see the patient profile as well as his/her check-up history. Edit and Remove patient as you prefer.
Yes! Simply click the “Download” or “Print” button to save a patient’s record in PDF format. This can be shared thru email or via QR code.
Yes! Simply click the print and export button at the upper right portion of the dashboard and Elena will generate printable file of your data.
Yes! You can upload patients files and prescription via appointment tab and patients tab of Elena. Simply click upload files on the Medical Records section at appointment tab, then that’s it.
